STATEMENT

The activity of NAFTAGAS – Oilfield Services Ltd. Novi Sad is rendering of services with regard to exploration, testing, completion and production of oil, gas and geothermal energy.

Business activities and development of NAFTAGAS – Oilfield Service Ltd. Novi Sad is based upon maintenance and constant improvement of the established management system in accordance with the standards SRPS ISO 9001:2008; SRPS ISO 14001:2005 and SRPS OHSAS 18001:2008. In implementation of the defined Policy, the management is oriented towards process approach to management, management by objectives and risk management.

Strategic goal of NAFТAGAS – Oilfield Services Ltd. Novi Sad is to become the leader in a broader region and to be recognizable in the field of rendering of oilfield services per quality of such rendered services, meeting of the requirements of its users, care for the environment and occupational health and safety of its employees and the employees of other employers who are, per various bases, engaged in NAFTAGAS – Oilfield Services Ltd. Novi Sad.

The Policy is based on the following principles:

Construction of the market position on the basis of constant improvement of quality of the existing services, development of new services from the scope of oilfield services, establishment and maintenance of partnership relations with the buyers, fair and socially responsible business management.

Professional development and development of the motivation system for the employees and implementation of the existing knowledge and long-term experience for the purpose of improvement of quality of the NAFTAGAS – Oilfield Services Ltd. Novi Sad services.

Regular maintenance of tools in accordance with the laws and regulations and instructions of the equipment manufacturers;

Procurement of new equipment, which is energy more efficient and which has better performances with regard to impact to the environment;

Identification of the environmental aspects, definition of general and special targets and implementation of programs for their realization;

Implementation of laws and regulations which refer to NAFTAGAS – Oilfield Services Ltd. Novi Sad activities, environment, occupational health and safety as well as the others which are implemented within the company;

Risk assessment for safe and healthy work and its management, as well as definition of targets and programs for their realization;

Constant improvement of performances which refer to occupational health and safety through performance of preventive medical examinations, provision of protective equipment and manuals for safe work.

Constant improvement of performances which refer to environment by reduction of emission, waste and hazardous substances management, development of the employees’ awareness and constant improvement of environmental performances;

Constant improvement of communication with all interested parties;

Introduction of all interested parties to the policy of the integrated management system of NAFTAGAS – Oilfield Services Ltd. Novi Sad.
